- fine Brown sugar 4 Tbsp
- Butter 2 Tbsp
- Sprinkle of cinnamon To Taste
- Pineapple Cored 1 piece

Pro Tip : For a fun alternative, you can add a scoop of Vanilla ice cream on top of the slices whilst still warm, yum!
Yes, you can grill pineapple, and it tastes so good! Easy to make and especially fun for the kids as it allows them to help cook something they can really enjoy. This recipe can be tweaked with other ingredients and you can cut the pineapple wither in round slices or thick batons on sticks, whichever you prefer.
Directions
Step 1
Heat up your O-Grill to Maximum Temperature for around 3-4 minutes.
Step 2
Mix butter and sugar together in a bowl
Step 3
Sprinkle on a little cinnamon to taste
Step 4
Brush Mixture on one side of the pineapple slices.
Step 5
When Grill is hot, place slices on the grill with mixture facing down.
Step 6
Grill for around 2 minutes, then turn through 90 to get those nice hatch marks.
Step 7
Allow to grill for 2 more minutes.
Step 8
Brush mixture over remaining side of pineapple slices and flip.
Step 9
Repeat steps 5-7.
Step 10
Remove from grill onto a rack and allow to cool for a few minutes before consuming.
