- Chicken breasts 2 pcs
- Sprigs rosemary 5 Tbsp
- Tablespoons of dijon mustard 2 Tbsp

How To Make It
This dish is simple to prepare and doesn’t require any special skills to deliver a great result. You simply marinate the chicken breasts in a paste of dijon mustard, garlic, rosemary, lemon juice, black pepper and salt. When the chicken is well marinated, you put it on your O-Grill and you will soon be rewarded with the delicious combination of aromatic Mediterranean and barbecue flavours that make this versatile dish an instant party hit that will have guests complimenting you on your grilling skills, or it’s a simple stress-free option for a romantic meal for two!
Directions
Step 1 Prepare Your Ingredients
Begin by washing the chicken breasts with lukewarm water, then chop the rosemary and garlic finely on a clean chopping board.
Step 2 Making the Marinade
Mix the chopped rosemary and garlic with the mustard, lemon juice, black pepper and salt in a large bowl (big enough to fit the chicken pieces in to marinate them). Put a teaspoonful of the mixture into a small bowl or jug for each chicken piece you are preparing - you will use this to baste the chicken later when it is grilling...
Step 3 Marinate the Chicken… and Fire up Your O-Grill!
Place the clean chicken breasts in the bowl and coat them evenly with the marinade, cover the bowl and put it to one side for 30 minutes.When the chicken is nearly marinaded, preheat your O-Grill to a medium-high heat and brush a little olive oil over the grill plate. You are now prepared to cook this delicious chicken dish!
Step 4 Grill the Chicken
Place the marinated chicken on your O-Grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, turning once to sear and seal in the juices. Using the remaining marinade that you put aside, baste the chicken with the mixture and continue grilling until thoroughly cooked.
Step 5 Share & Enjoy!
When the chicken is cooked through, remove it from your O-Grill and transfer it onto a plate or tray and cover with foil to rest for a couple of minutes before serving. After a few minutes serve directly to plates or on a tray and be prepared to be complimented on your grilling skills!For decoration you can put some more rosemary on top as garnish and serve with lemon wedges to add some acidity and sharpness to the dish and get that real Mediterranean feeling…
